* Exclude entity.py from apsystems from coverage

* Remove api from BaseEntity from apsystems as it is not yet used

* Clean up of asserting unique_id everywhere in apsystems integration

* Remove BaseCoordinatorEntity from apsystems

* Remove double type declaration originating from merge in apsystems
