* Drop Docker config from Supervisor backup

The Docker config is part of the main backup metadata. Because we
consolidate encrypted and unencrypted backups today, this leads to
potential bugs when restoring a backup.

* Drop obsolete encrypt/decrypt functions

* Drop unused Backup Job stage
