- Change default cloud turns query window from 90 days to 7 days
- Add two-step pattern as recommended approach (collect IDs first, then enrich)
- Add progressive widening strategy (7d → 30d → 90d) on empty results
- Fix timeout recovery guidance to narrow scope instead of retry
