Robo 9dadd5ad1d fix: do no configure XDG_DATA_HOME for snap (#292808) ...

Variable was configured first in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/commit/2d28c0a79c87c70be93dbe73fe0a18fa12e0e7e9
to avoid a crash from corrupted mime database, more context in
https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/230454#issuecomment-2418352959

However that didn't fix the file dialog crashes so we ended up
disabling the mime database creation in https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/commit/4e7b53c5a07914c37ccba0d1211d43d7bc82f420
but the re-configured XDG_DATA_HOME was left as such.

This leads to issues seen in
1) Terminal history https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/237608
2) Trash misconfigured https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/233649
3) Font configurations https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/232578
