* agentHost: bump Copilot SDK to 1.0.17-preview.8 (Written by Copilot) Align desktop and remote SDK/runtime pins with runtime 1.0.93-2. Preserve the new account MCP source through metadata, presentation, and source-kind telemetry, with focused contract coverage. Correct timing measurement classifications and refresh candidate-version evidence for the retained native OTel expected failures. Prompt fixtures and assertions remain unchanged.
