* Add aria role + label to dialog. Close bttn last.

* Stash current css layout changes.

* Pixel perfect layout. Update close button selector

* Uncomment line. Add localization for dialog label.

* Remove unnecessary newlines.

* Move in DOM to maintain existing focus order.
