* Internally bring string enum for terminal suggest to prevent Typos

* Better word description under api description

* Remove shell proposed api against vscode.d.ts

* Update `shell` description after looking at feedbacks.

* Update docs

* Change to a Map<TerminalShellTye, string[]>

* One last typo
