* agentHost: run plugin hook fixtures with Node instead of Electron

Use the npm Node executable or the pinned toolchain Node from PATH for hook scripts. This avoids requiring Chromium user namespaces in the AWF container while preserving every hook assertion.

* test: disable session spellchecker downloads in Electron runner

Clear spellchecker languages and disable the default session spellchecker before test window creation. The window already disables spellchecking, but the session could still fetch dictionaries and trigger the AWF TLS-denial crash.
