Backfighter b8a5e18171 Allow disabling integrated askpass (#115455 )

The GIT_ASKPASS variable is currently enforced by vscode and there is no way to overwrite it.
This commit adds an options to disable the integrated askpass and use
your own.

Fixes #111839

Git integration for Visual Studio Code

Notice: This extension is bundled with Visual Studio Code. It can be disabled but not uninstalled.

API

The Git extension exposes an API, reachable by any other extension.

Copy src/api/git.d.ts to your extension's sources;
Include git.d.ts in your extension's compilation.

Get a hold of the API with the following snippet:
