Tyler James Leonhardt c4d1cc2e67 Fix GitHub account ids being numbers (#228045 )

For a long time the account id wasn't handled correctly. It should be a string, but the API returns a number. This ensures it's a string and does some migration logic.

GitHub Authentication for Visual Studio Code

Notice: This extension is bundled with Visual Studio Code. It can be disabled but not uninstalled.

Features

This extension provides support for authenticating to GitHub. It registers the github Authentication Provider that can be leveraged by other extensions. This also provides the GitHub authentication used by Settings Sync.
