Bryan Chen b1ff87c206 Update window.title setting autocomplete (#337655) ...

The `window.title` setting has substitution variables (see
src/vs/workbench/browser/workbench.contribution.ts), there are also
corresponding autocomplete entries in settingsDocumentHelper.ts but some
of the more recently added variables were missed. This commit adds the
missing ones.
