Elijah King 516f638132 Use attention terminology for agent sessions (#340118 )

## Summary

- replace “Input needed” and “Needs input” UI copy with “Attention
needed” and “Needs attention”
- use the warning-colored report icon for sessions that need attention
- preserve the existing icon opacity pulse and row background pulse
- update notifications, filters, hovers, settings descriptions, and
accessible labels across the editor and Agents window

## Testing

- `npm run transpile-client`
- targeted session status, session list, notification, link
presentation, and agent session data source tests
