25c4a0e314 Print a glowing warning when the user defines a privacy level > 0 but still has logging enabled (he can still do this, but we should tell them that the pihole.log file will still contain the full records)

6e99e1daaf Remove old privacy settings from FTLDNS branch as they are superseded by FTL's new privacy levels which take action momentarily and don't require a restart of the resolver. Settings for them still have to be implemented on the dashboard.
