a84a7dbc3d Add support for generating discriminators 
- adds `PUT accounts/username` endpoint
- adds `GET accounts/username/{username}` to lookup aci by username
- deletes `PUT accounts/username/{username}`, `GET profile/username/{username}`
- adds randomized discriminator generation
