Simplify qbittorrent sensor class init (#90411)

catch LoginException directly in QBittorrentSensor init

Since the `exception` arg in QBittorrentSensor `__init__` is always
LoginException, we catch LoginException directly in `__init__` instead
of passing LoginException as an argument.
