Claude 6e205cd681 Extract shared light toggle heading badges helper

Move the dual turn_on/turn_off badge pattern into a shared
computeLightToggleHeadingBadges helper used by both area-view-strategy
and light-view-strategy.

Home Assistant Frontend

This is the repository for the official Home Assistant frontend.
