* add window.disableMenuBarAltBehavior option

* enable alt behavior when menuBarVisibility is set to 'toggle'

* rename 'window.disableMenuBarAltBehavior' to 'window.disableCustomMenuBarAltBehavior' and change its description

* don't affect mnemonics
