* adding initial system prompt and preamble message for hidden VSC models.

* Adding model id to check for hidden model.
moving preamble instruction to system instruction while  using custom reminder in user message.

* - Update VSCModelPromptResolver to use 'models' property instead of 'modelFamilies'
- Reduces code duplication while maintaining same functionality
