* Exclude Windows setup files from BinSkim

* Debug: Scan everything but with TSA off

* Narrow analyzeTargetGlob

* Scan node and DLL files as well

* Try excluding BinSkim from CustomSDL

* Re-enable TSA

* Clean up

* Rename CustomSDL stage and job
