- Implemented `CreateSyndicate` with transaction support
- Added `InviteToSyndicate` with membership check and invite insert
- Created syndicate invite model and DB logic for accepting/declining
- Ensured consistent error handling with `fmt.Errorf`
- Cleaned up unused invite handlers/routes
